One year later…from a pink haired rock child to a golden haired nature child. I love watching this human grow and blossom into something special.

Sometimes you meet someone who has a story so sad and a soul so beautiful, it takes your breath away. I truly believe that everything happens for a reason, and I’m so proud to be given the opportunity to document the growth and beauty of this human…
Dreams do come true…if you work hard enough. Two gallery exhibitions and the time of my life. Thank you to CGallery and to Penny from Bulimba Village Art Gallery for allowing me to showcase my hard work on your walls.
Tattoos have long served as a rite of passage – they were symbols of unity – showing the person belongs to a way of life, belief or clan. Now, individual choices in artwork show status, love, coming of age…and ways to hold memories close. As you look around our culture, tattoos are becoming more and more prevalent. People are choosing to decorate their skin to show their individuality, and very often the meanings behind their ink are deeply personal. I was honoured to have people from all walks of life bare their souls and allow me to create memories of their memories. ~ MSG

‘Usually, when I’ve been through something trying in my life, I get a tattoo when it’s over. Or, sometimes, I awaken with an insuppressible urge to get inked, and do it spontaneously’ ~ Mel H.

‘I got my first tattoo a year after my Dads’ death… …I moved to Australia and changed my whole life style, so it’s a symbol of past and present, and how I’ve dealt with my troubles’ ~ Frazer

A Gold Coast photoshoot for a ridiculously talented, tattooed, superstar DJ. With so many awesome industrial locations to play with on the Gold Coast, we ended up getting some of the chosen shots in a dusty, dirty, DARK shed – we even roped Pete’s bulldog puppy Rudi into the shoot…gotta love laying on dirty concrete and getting slobbered on to get the right shot! i TOTALLY love my job! ~justaddmsg
We have a new addition to our family – world, meet Buddy. Buddy, meet world. On Boxing Day we were given the ok to collect the new little Burmese/Ragdoll fur baby, and we are happy to say he has settled in well (our 1 year old Siamese/Ragdoll, Bear, has only tried to eat him once!). I think there comes a time in your life when you just have to suck it up and admit it…we are totally crazy cat people… ~justaddmsg
Dave and I have been best friends for way too many years to mention (surely we are not THAT old?!), and have seen each other through ups and downs. When I was offered the opportunity to photograph both him, and his ridiculously handsome partner, Leighton – I jumped at the chance. Once again using the amazing scenery in New Farm, from The Powerhouse to random urban graffiti art spaces hidden behind coffee shops and alley ways, we shot some beautiful photos. Dave is hilarious at the best of times, and the affection between the boys was so easy to capture – we had so much fun, I truly didnt want the day to end. ~justaddmsg
Imagine a city where graffiti wasn’t illegal, a city where everybody draw whatever they liked. Where every street was awash with a million colours and little phrases. Where standing at a bus stop was never boring. A city that felt like a party where everyone was invited, not just the estate agents and barons of big business. Imagine a city like that and stop leaning against the wall – it’s wet. ”
Banksy, Wall and Piece
Everywhere is something which could be beautiful. You must only to see and to know what and how to take off, to crop from the infinity. Abstract, fine art, nature, landscape and portrait photography.
Big and Small
Think about the photo before and after, never during. The secret is to take your time. You mustn’t go too fast. The subject must forget about you. Then, however, you must be very quick.”
ART – red+black series
What I dream of is an art of balance, of purity and serenity devoid of troubling or depressing subject matter.

A beautiful Christmas gift for an adored mom from her children. We spent a couple of hours shooting around The Powerhouse, New Farm – our aim was to get photos that showed each personality the best. The day was loads of fun, full of laughs and the love each sibling had for the other was obvious. They were a pleasure to shoot (when i could stop giggling!) and, just quietly, I heard their mom had a small tear when she opened her present Christmas morning. ~justaddmsg
